Helping the Bottom Line

Video is a cost-effective tool for recruiting and training in the corporate environment. An effective creative program not only gets results -- but helps a company's bottom line. Some of our clients include Bristol-Myers Squibb, Shore Memorial Hospital, Lorilard Tobacco Company, Rhône-Poulenc Rorer, Pennsylvania School of Optometry, and Electronic Solutions Company.

Recruitment Programs that Work

A nationwide nursing shortage left many hospitals in dire need for recruitment. Shore Memorial Hospital needed an edge. THG produced an award-winning DVD to highlight the hospital's services, location and opportunities for employee growth. Along with a hard-working recruitment department, this successful production filled the hospital's nursing needs quickly. THG was also able to help the hospital's limited budget by also producing a series of commercials at the same time, saving the hospital money. THG's creative approach was so effective that the hospital also used the concept for print and billboard advertising.

Technical Training on Target and on Budget

overhead drawingBristol-Myers Squibb Company needed to train personnel on how to conduct air sampling in manufacturing and lab areas. Within a specific budget, THG produced a 4-video series of technical training showing how to set up the air sampling equipment and the procedures to follow while taking the samples. The video was received so well that the Bristol-Myers Squibb personnel involved with the development of the program received internal awards for the technical training results.
